Joe is a Co-founder of RGA and serves as its Chief Executive Officer and Chief Compliance Officer. Joe has extensive financial services industry experience. He is currently CEO of an affiliate Broker Dealer, Rosenblatt Securities, which he joined in 2002 and launched its market structure, equity research and investment banking businesses. Joe is formerly a securities and M&A attorney with Sullivan & Cromwell and a VP in the equities division with Salomon Smith Barney. He has testified before Congress and advised exchanges, banks, institutions and regulators around the globe on market-structure and strategic initiatives. Joe is the Vice Chairman of the National Organization of Investment Professionals (NOIP) and holds a BA from Princeton University and a JD from The Harvard Law School.
Scott Burrill is a Co-founder of RGA and serves as its President and Chief Investment Officer, concurrently also leading the Analytics and Technology teams at the affiliate Broker-Dealer. Scott brings extensive investment management and trading acumen to RGA. Scott began his investment career at CalPERS where he was a portfolio manager and head of trading of both equity and structured products. His skills were honed further in active quantitative management at Westpeak Global Advisors (now a part Goldman Sachs Asset Management) where he served on the Executive and Investment Committees, creating global investment products and implementing strategies for a blue chip list of institutional investors. After leaving Westpeak, Scott served as Global Head of Trading Strategies for Russell Investment Group before joining the Rosenblatt team. Scott has a Bachelor of Science in Managerial Economics and Juris Doctor from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst™ and holds a Certificate in Financial Asset Management and Engineering from the Swiss Institute.
Jourdan Frain serves as the COO of RGA, concurrently leading Execution Services at the affiliate Broker Dealer. Prior to joining the Rosenblatt teams, he ran the Broker-Dealer Business in Electronic Equities at JP Morgan Securities. Prior to his career in finance, Jourdan served with distinction as a paratrooper in the US Army, awarded the Bronze Star with Valor Device and the Purple Heart for actions in combat. He holds undergraduate degrees from Valley Forge Military College and the University of Pennsylvania, and an MBA from Columbia Business School
